Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams to understand requirements, provide development estimates, and deliver enterprise account administration features
• Drive the design and architecture of microservices for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
• Write high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and testable code for front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems
• Work within an agile scrum team to build user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows supporting e-signature and agreement management
• Proactively own services from inception through deployment, monitoring health, and resolving production issues per SLA
• Research and integrate new features, technologies, and innovations to enhance global solutions across diverse cultures and legal systems
• Fix production issues, maintain codebases, and participate in live site reviews to improve reliability and security
• Partner with Designers and Usability Researchers to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences impacting millions of users
• Leverage telemetry and data insights to optimize feature success and drive continuous improvements
• Contribute to DocuSign's culture of innovation by delivering top-tier reliability in large-scale e-signature solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• 6+ years of experience with front-end technologies including React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js
• Experience with backend programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, Node.js, or equivalent
• Full-stack development experience, preferably in object-oriented languages like C# or Java
• Experience working with Designers and Usability Researchers to create intuitive user interfaces
• Proficiency in object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, and agile development environments
• Hands-on experience with Git, continuous integration, and deployment tools
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building scalable and maintainable microservices
• Passion for UI/UX design with strong usability and cross-browser expertise
• Familiarity with RESTful web services, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and Azure cloud technologies
• Track record of using telemetry for insights into usage patterns and feature success
• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and curiosity for emerging technologies
