Join our innovative Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, build, and maintain complex web applications that drive DocuSign's global scale and innovation culture. In this individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications, you will drive full-stack development using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, creating scalable solutions that integrate with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, and GitHub via REST and GraphQL APIs. You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications, contribute to technical architecture, maintain rigorous standards for code quality, testing, performance, and observability, and mentor peers to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Assist in agile planning, backlog grooming, and estimation to ensure we ship innovative features that transform how businesses manage agreements. We seek engineers with 6+ years of full-stack experience, deep proficiency in modern web technologies, and a passion for solving complex problems in enterprise environments. Preferred candidates bring familiarity with AI/LLM integrations, AWS, Docker, and domains like Enterprise Applications or GTM. Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-stack development of internal applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js to support DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
• Design scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions in collaboration with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Business teams
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and establish engineering standards for e-signature and agreement workflows
• Implement REST and GraphQL APIs to seamlessly interface with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, and GitHub
• Maintain high standards for code quality, comprehensive testing, performance optimization, and observability
• Mentor peers and junior developers to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation in agreement management solutions
• Assist with backlog grooming, story estimation, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
• Integrate with DocuSign's core e-signature and CLM technologies to accelerate business processes
• Collaborate on innovative features that unleash business-critical data trapped in documents
• Ensure solutions support DocuSign's global scale, serving over 1.5 million customers in 180+ countries

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, with deep understanding of modern web frameworks
• Experience integrating with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, or GitHub using APIs
• Strong grasp of CI/CD practices, GitHub workflows, and automated testing
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, high-performance web applications
• Experience maintaining code quality, performance, and observability standards
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI integration, LLM APIs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Go-To-Market (GTM) domains
• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Docker, and infrastructure-as-code
• Previous work integrating with e-signature or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
• Mentoring experience with peers and junior developers
