The Senior Technical Program Manager will manage the scope, impact, and technical complexity of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of roadmap initiatives that support system scale, product portfolio expansion, innovative capabilities, and operational excellence in our e-signature platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Program Management as an individual contributor, you will drive end-to-end delivery of technical PLG initiatives across the full engineering stack while managing interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders. Partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering, you will deliver underlying platform systems that power DocuSign's continued growth. Your success will be measured by business metrics like revenue and customer satisfaction, alongside technical metrics including system stability, scalability, performance, and quality of service. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) requires working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance, and IT to create best-in-class experiences for our global customers. Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical PLG (Product-Led Growth) initiatives across the full engineering stack for DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform
• Partner with Technical Leads on engineering design decisions and contribute to architectural design reviews to elevate technical standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Define comprehensive end-to-end launch plans ensuring all dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Finance are represented
• Identify and manage program dependencies through deep understanding of existing technical systems and e-signature platform architecture
• Facilitate continuous roadmap planning with Product Management and Engineering leadership
• Develop and execute communication plans, leading cross-functional meetings and stakeholder updates
• Ensure adherence to Project Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle, and Release Management processes
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks to project delivery and overall program schedules
• Conduct Level of Effort estimation and resource planning with cross-team leadership, including detailed engineering effort analysis
• Evaluate processes and drive adoption of best practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence
• Lead change management efforts of moderate complexity across global teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical work experience
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional, global technical programs in fast-paced SaaS environments
• Proven track record working closely with engineering teams to develop and launch large, complex programs
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet for program management and collaboration
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Research, Engineering, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support
• Experience managing programs tied to business metrics (revenue, customer satisfaction) and technical metrics (system stability, scalability, performance, quality of service)

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of eCommerce foundational concepts and intelligent agreement management platforms
• Experience in companies with significant scale or spanning small and large software development organizations
• Confident working directly with Executive team members on strategic initiatives
• Proven success leading without authority in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
• Background in e-signature solutions, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or agreement automation platforms

• Competitive base salary range: $133,800 - $197,750 (Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, New York including NYC metro)
