In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office), you'll architect scalable components, solve problems at scale, and build fault-tolerant systems to enhance DocuSign's e-signature platform. Develop high-quality code with full test coverage, design extensible architectures, and create user interfaces enabling seamless integrations for developers. Collaborate across multicultural, cross-country teams with Product Management, Designers, and UX Researchers to transform requirements into innovative solutions, driving design, testing, and releases that power new markets. We're seeking engineers with 5+ years in .NET/C# (or 3+ with Master's), expertise in full SDLC, telemetry, and observability, plus a passion for React, Azure DevOps, microservices, and full-stack innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable components for DocuSign's digital signature integration into intelligent agreement management
  • Solve complex problems at scale and build fault-tolerant systems supporting global e-signature expansion
  • Develop high-quality, ship-ready code covered by comprehensive test suites
  • Ensure designs and architectures are extensible across multiple projects and conduct technical design reviews
  • Share and adopt best practices for performance, availability, and observability in functional areas
  • Design and develop user interfaces and core functionalities to enable seamless integration for internal and third-party developers with DocuSign's e-signature platform
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Designers, UX Research, and developers to translate marketing requirements into technical designs and provide accurate development estimates
  • Work as part of a cross-country development team to drive design, implementation, testing, and release of innovative products
  • Contribute to DocuSign's global expansion by enhancing digital signature capabilities for new markets
  • Participate in strategy, delivery, and implementation of agreement automation solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent position, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
  • Experience with server-side development, preferably in .NET/C#
  • Experience with application telemetry, monitoring, and observability practices
  • Experience with the entire software development lifecycle, including continuous integration, testing, and code releases
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-country team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the design and operation of large-scale cloud services
  • Experience in Front-End Development using React
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps and building/deploying microservices
