About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life, empowering over 1.5 million customers and a billion people across 180 countries to accelerate business and simplify lives through intelligent agreement management. As the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM), Docusign unleashes business-critical data trapped in documents, connecting it to systems of record to save time, money, and opportunity. Join our innovative Engineering team—originally from Lexion and now backed by Docusign’s resources with a startup feel—as a Software Engineer. You’ll focus on leveraging cutting-edge AI to build scalable features for our massive customer base, emphasizing back-end microservices with front-end contributions using React and C#. In this individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering, your top priorities include developing highly scalable, highly available microservices and intuitive user-facing functionality for DocuSign’s e-signature and CLM platform. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with modern tools like CI/CD, Git, and Azure stack to deliver clean, testable code that drives innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide estimates, proactively address risks, and resolve production issues, all while enhancing large existing codebases to power next-generation agreement solutions. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office (frequency may vary by team). We seek engineers passionate about DocuSign’s mission to make the world more agreeable through technology. Bring your problem-solving prowess, curiosity for new tech, and self-starter drive to a culture that values diversity, equal opportunity, and deep pride in transformative work. No visa sponsorship available; must be authorized to work full-time in the US. Docusign is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
