As a Sr. Demand & Field Marketing Manager, you’ll accelerate pipeline velocity and increase average deal size by executing custom campaigns targeting high-priority accounts and key decision-makers in EMEA, with a focus on our largest revenue market in Europe UK/North. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Demand & Field Marketing, and emphasizes ABM programs, executive engagement, and sales alignment to shorten sales cycles, improve opportunity conversion, and drive win rates for DocuSign’s e-signature and CLM solutions. You’ll develop annual/quarterly plans, implement enterprise strategies, execute events and tactics, influence content for buyer journeys, and optimize programs using CRM data. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office (frequency may vary by team). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with marketing teams and sales leadership to align with business objectives, pipeline, and booking targets
  • Implement enterprise and key account marketing strategies, executing programs to drive pipeline velocity and deal size in DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform
  • Execute all tactics of the marketing plan, including local events, coordinating with team members, shared services, agencies, and field sales teams
  • Influence and contribute to content strategy for large enterprise buyers, aligning content to buyer journey stages for e-signature and CLM solutions
  • Report on program success regularly, share best practices, innovate new ideas, and test/optimize campaigns for maximum impact
  • Work effectively within EMEA teams with region-wide responsibilities to support DocuSign’s biggest revenue markets in Europe UK/North
  • Design custom ABM campaigns targeting high-priority accounts and decision-makers to shorten sales cycles and boost qualified opportunity conversion rates
  • Ensure cohesive, professional brand and content experiences across executive touchpoints to build brand authority and drive win rates
  • Leverage data from CRM and analytics to accelerate high-value deals and secure large-scale revenue through sophisticated programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to promote DocuSign’s e-signature and intelligent agreement management innovations

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with a technology vendor in a marketing manager position, including technology and B2B SaaS sector experience
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience in a similar role targeting enterprise accounts
  • Experience with Executive Engagement programs and events for high-level decision-makers
  • Deep experience working closely with sales teams and management, with strong understanding of the SaaS sales process
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/SFDC knowledge strongly preferred) and proficiency in Google Suite and marketing analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Technology B2B SaaS experience, particularly in e-signature or agreement management solutions
  • Well-rounded digital marketing expertise, including email campaign creation, digital advertising, and social media platforms
