In this highly visible enabler role, you will oversee a ~40-person global team spanning Technical Program Management (TPM), Tech & Business Operations, and an India-based delivery hub. Foster collaboration to align complex projects with business objectives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that accelerates e-signature innovation and CLM efficiency. Lead strategic planning, mentor high-performing managers, dive into metrics for data-driven decisions, and manage end-to-end projects from ideation to executive briefings. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a high-impact Program Management Office (PMO) managing complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with DocuSign's intelligent agreement management goals
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams to break down silos and drive revenue optimization
  • Facilitate planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic Technology and Engineering initiatives on time and within budget
  • Lead and scale a ~40 person global organization including TPM, Tech & Business Operations, and an India-based delivery hub
  • Develop and mentor a team of program and project managers to ensure high engagement and performance
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate goals into actionable projects supporting e-signature and CLM innovation
  • Design and maintain administrative systems for efficient decision-making and seamless execution of priorities
  • Dive deep into data, metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to influence decisions and drive accountability
  • Manage critical projects end-to-end from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Build internal and external relationships to enhance strategic initiatives and organizational impact
  • Prepare and present executive-level briefings on program performance with actionable insights

  • 15+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles within the high-tech industry
  • 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams in fast-paced SaaS environments
  • 5-10+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in high-growth technology companies
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
