The Senior EBC & Executive Engagement Manager is a highly visible, strategic role reporting to the Marketing Director, ABM, focused on elevating DocuSign's relationships with top customers and partners. This individual contributor will champion operational excellence and strategic content for the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) while spearheading the broader Executive Engagement Program (EEP). By designing world-class, C-suite experiences, you'll directly influence high-value outcomes like deal acceleration and pipeline growth, leveraging DocuSign's e-signature leadership to showcase innovation in agreement management. Key responsibilities include defining EBC vision and standards, architecting end-to-end engagement strategies across EBC, flagship events like Momentum, regional programs, and third-party activations, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Field Marketing to prioritize executive moments. You'll equip internal leaders with playbooks for impactful storytelling, establish measurement frameworks tracking influence and ROI, and drive consistency in executive experiences globally. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office. Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision, standards, and experience principles for the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) to deliver high-impact, C-suite-ready engagements aligned with DocuSign's intelligent agreement management platform
  • Establish 'great' benchmarks and guide internal teams/vendor partners on day-to-day execution of intake, agenda development, briefing flow, and post-meeting follow-up
  • Drive business outcomes like deal acceleration and consistent executive experiences across global markets
  • Delegate operational excellence to EBC managers and partners while setting service standards, providing oversight, and ensuring accountability
  • Lead strategy for internal executive hosts and SMEs, creating playbooks, storytelling frameworks, and training to equip leaders for high-stakes conversations on e-signature innovation
  • Architect end-to-end executive engagement strategy spanning EBC, DocuSign flagship events like Momentum, regional experiences, and third-party programs
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Field Marketing to prioritize accounts, opportunities, and executive personas for tailored experiences
  • Define frameworks for activating executive experiences by customer segment, deal stage, or opportunity type, including VIP programs and C-level tracks at DocuSign events
  • Evaluate and shape executive strategies for third-party events to accelerate pipeline and strengthen strategic relationships

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in high-touch client-facing roles, with at least 3 years directly managing an Executive Briefing Center, Executive Program, or similar executive engagement facility
  • Proven experience communicating effectively with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in technology or enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-faceted logistics and schedules under high-pressure deadlines
  • Strong ability to translate high-level business goals into tangible, world-class customer experiences that drive revenue outcomes
  • Experience managing direct reports such as EBC Coordinators or hospitality staff, or leading cross-functional virtual teams to achieve program objectives
  • Deep understanding of corporate strategy and executive presence essential for C-suite interactions
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact through executive engagements in fast-paced SaaS or tech companies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with polished executive presence
  • Experience in technology, finance, or healthcare industries, ideally with exposure to e-signature or agreement management solutions
