We are seeking a dynamic, people-driven Sr. Executive Assistant to join our Global Sales & Partners team. This permanent, individual contributor role reports to the Group Vice President, General Manager, LATAM, and plays a pivotal role in keeping the organization running smoothly while fostering team morale and cohesion. With executive presence, exceptional organization, personable demeanor, keen judgment, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset, you will partner with Leaders on tasks aligned with DocuSign’s e-signature innovation and growth objectives. This hybrid position (minimum 2 days/week in-office) demands constant communication, business maturity, and strict confidentiality in a fast-paced SaaS environment. As the primary point of contact, you will manage a complex calendar across time zones, handle end-to-end travel and expenses, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support Town Halls with deck creation and webinars. You’ll draft executive presentations, serve as a creative liaison, and collaborate with peer EAs for backup, all while anticipating needs to optimize leadership efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Regional Group Vice President (GVP), General Manager, LATAM, and other Leaders
  • Develop and maintain structured systems to optimize the GVP’s time, activities, and alignment with DocuSign’s intelligent agreement management objectives
  • Proactively resolve internal and external scheduling conflicts across global time zones
  • Manage a complex calendar including meetings, travel, conferences, earnings calls, off-site/internal presentations, and group events
  • Make comprehensive end-to-end travel arrangements and process expense reports with high accuracy
  • Provide support for team Town Hall meetings, including reminders, deck creation using Google Slides, webinar management, and Q&A facilitation
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and executive-level presentations with exceptional attention to detail
  • Serve as a creative problem solver, liaison, and facilitator for support responsibilities
  • Collaborate with EAs across the Global Sales & Partners leadership team and provide backup support as needed
  • Foster team morale and cohesion within the Global Sales & Partners EA team, contributing to DocuSign’s innovative culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience supporting a VP-level executive in a fast-paced, demanding corporate environment, preferably with a public technology or SaaS company
  • Experience working with highly confidential information
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and DocuSign-provisioned AI-assisted applications
  • Excellent judgment and ability to perform effectively under pressure with tight deadlines
