Reporting to the Sr. Director, Learning & Development, this individual contributor role focuses on building a robust leadership pipeline to fuel our ambitious growth and vibrant culture. You'll conduct needs assessments, craft scalable programs incorporating adult learning, neuroscience, and experiential elements like coaching and simulations tailored to DocuSign's agreement management revolution. Key responsibilities include facilitating high-impact global workshops, managing vendors for executive coaching, analyzing program ROI with data-driven insights, and leveraging DocuSign's LMS for engaging digital delivery. You'll partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals, champion continuous learning, and advise on trends that integrate technology's role in business transformation. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify leadership gaps across emerging leaders, frontline managers, and executives
  • Design and implement innovative, scalable leadership development programs aligned with DocuSign's values, strategic priorities, and intelligent agreement management innovation
  • Incorporate adult learning principles, neuroscience, and leadership theories into experiential learning, coaching, mentoring, and simulations
  • Lead selection and management of external vendors, consultants, and executive coaches for high-quality, cost-effective partnerships
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and training for global audiences, fostering interactive environments that drive e-signature era leadership
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders, enhancing their effectiveness in DocuSign's rapidly evolving tech landscape
  • Develop evaluation metrics to measure program ROI, business impact, and continuous improvement using data analytics
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, communicate program insights, and champion a culture of continuous learning and feedback
  • Curate digital learning content and leverage DocuSign's LMS and collaboration tools for optimal global accessibility
  • Act as a trusted advisor on leadership trends, integrating DocuSign's agreement management innovations into development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management
  • 3+ years in a senior or lead role within a fast-paced, global technology environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end design, development, delivery, and evaluation of multi-level leadership development programs
  • Exceptional instructional design skills with deep understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies
  • Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills to inspire and engage diverse global leaders
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple complex initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF), organizational development, or leadership assessment instruments
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools such as 360-degree feedback and behavioral assessments
