We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Software Engineering to lead our Developer Platform and Infrastructure team in the Engineering department. In this people manager role reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you will oversee a team of talented engineers building the foundational systems that power DocuSign's global engineering organization. Your team ensures developers have robust tools, platforms, and environments to deliver high-quality e-signature and CLM software quickly and reliably. You will collaborate with engineering teams company-wide to architect solutions enhancing developer productivity, CI/CD capabilities, and workflows, with a relentless focus on reliability, security, and performance to support our innovative culture. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring your team, driving core system design for build/test/deployment, partnering on technical priorities, championing best practices, optimizing CI/CD for faster releases, and fostering innovation and ownership. This hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office) demands hands-on expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security to shape platforms that enable DocuSign's mission of making the world more agreeable.
