As Sr. Product Manager, Developer Experience, you will shape the early-stage journey for developers and partners building on the Docusign platform—from discovery and sign-up to their first successful API interaction. Your mission is to architect a world-class experience that drives ecosystem growth, reduces time-to-first-API-call, and positions Docusign as the premier platform for Intelligent Agreement Management. You will define strategies and roadmaps for developer discovery, onboarding, activation, and tools like SDKs, IDE integrations, and AI-powered assistants, ensuring developers rapidly go from idea to production-ready e-signature and CLM integrations. This highly visible, individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management, and sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and developer community. The ideal candidate deeply understands Docusign's product vision and developers' pivotal role in its success. You will champion data-driven decisions with metrics like activation rates and partner adoption, lead cross-team alignment in our federated model, and collaborate with advocacy teams for seamless onboarding. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the early-stage developer journey, from discovery on the DocuSign developer portal to sign-up and first successful API interaction
• Own the product roadmap for developer tools including REST API SDKs, IDE extensions, and emerging technologies like MCP/AI-powered developer assistants
• Champion a data-driven culture using metrics such as developer signups, activation rates, time-to-first-API-call, and partner adoption to measure success
• Provide leadership across multiple product and engineering teams in a federated model to align core roadmaps with developer and partner ecosystem needs
• Collaborate with Developer Content, Advocacy, and Marketing teams to enable seamless developer discovery, learning, and onboarding
• Own timely, transparent communication to leadership on charter progress, key metrics attainment, and strategic roadmap
• Architect world-class experiences that reduce time-to-first-API-call and accelerate developers from idea to working integration on the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management platform
• Deeply understand DocuSign's product strategy and the critical role of developers in driving ecosystem growth for e-signature and CLM solutions
• Drive adoption of developer tools to boost productivity and establish DocuSign as the premier platform for Intelligent Agreement Management
• Sit at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and developer community to foster innovation and platform expansion

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in developer experience, enterprise software, or a related field
• Proven track record of identifying customer problems from the ground up, defining strategy, delivering solutions, and ensuring developer adoption
• Proven experience shipping and managing developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, IDE extensions, or developer consoles
• Experience working in an Agile development environment in a global/multi-geolocated setup
• Deep understanding of e-signature and Intelligent Agreement Management platforms
• Ability to drive developer ecosystem growth through onboarding and activation experiences
• Hands-on experience with developer portals, sign-up flows, and time-to-first-API-call optimization

• Strong technical background for engaging in API design, developer toolchains, and information architecture discussions
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product strategy, prioritization, and adoption
• Experience with major enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to developers and executives
• Proven influencer in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
