This Senior Product Manager, Docusign Provisioning role sits at the critical intersection of technical architecture, business strategy, and go-to-market enablement. As the single owner defining system strategy for our largest enterprise customers, you will translate deeply technical, multi-system impacts into tangible business outcomes, ensuring strategic initiatives launch efficiently in our innovation-driven culture. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Product Management and thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (minimum 2 days/week in-office). You will lead the provisioning roadmap, profile innovative use cases amid microservices complexity, drive requirements for platform changes, champion launch efficiency, define KPIs with Data Science, deeply understand customer personas, facilitate epic creation across teams, collaborate seamlessly for on-time delivery, and drive GTM adoption cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Docusign Provisioning initiatives, serving as the connective tissue between platform strategy and customer experience for intelligent agreement management
  • Profile high-value, innovative business use cases systematically while navigating the complexity of highly technical, distributed systems (e.g., microservices architecture) at enterprise scale
  • Drive the vision and requirements for complex, multi-system platform changes, translating into clear, developer-ready functional specifications and delightful e-signature customer experiences
  • Champion launch efficiency for new features and pricing packages, proactively identifying and clearing technical debt and communication blockers
  • Define and operationalize success metrics (KPIs) for platform performance and customer-facing provisioning features in collaboration with Data Science, using telemetry for continuous testing
  • Develop deep understanding of key enterprise customer personas, struggles, and Jobs to be Done through primary and secondary research across the agreement lifecycle
  • Facilitate requirements definition across teams to create detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, rigorously identifying dependencies and priorities
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with Program Management, Design, and Engineering to guarantee products ship on time and to quality standards
  • Drive successful go-to-market and adoption by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Support, Legal, Security, and other partners
  • Anticipate downstream impacts of provisioning changes on Docusign’s e-signature and CLM ecosystem, prioritizing investments for total system benefit

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related area of study (e.g., CS, EE, IT, Systems, MIS)
  • 6+ years of directly relevant experience in product management for SaaS products and services with a Master’s degree; OR 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture that enables product at high enterprise scale
  • Experience building and gaining consensus on comprehensive business cases for new product capabilities and innovations
  • Experience delivering products using iterative or Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale SaaS products supporting intelligent agreement management and e-signature workflows
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs in provisioning and platform scalability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, a closely related advanced degree (M.S., M.Eng, M.IT.), or Master of Business Administration
