We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Negotiation and Collaboration team—an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management. With a growth mindset, you'll tackle challenging problems to transform how businesses negotiate and collaborate. Oversee industry-leading features in intelligent agreement management, building user-facing products powered by cutting-edge AI to augment human workflows and delight customers in legal, sales, and procurement scenarios. Own key projects from ideation through launch and iteration, partnering with UX Design and Engineering to create delightful, high-impact experiences in our fast-paced environment. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in-office), you'll develop strategic product plans, prioritize features aligned to long-term vision, and execute lean MVPs while championing user needs. Engage directly with customers, translate insights into actionable user stories, define success metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally for seamless GTM. Leverage your expertise in enterprise B2B software and AI to drive continuous improvement through feedback, analysis, and innovation—helping DocuSign maintain its leadership in e-signature and CLM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product plans for key negotiation and collaboration initiatives, prioritizing features based on long-term vision while launching lean MVPs
  • Work directly with customers to identify product opportunities, gaps, and difficulties in agreement management workflows
  • Collaborate closely with UX Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality, end-to-end experiences using AI to augment human work
  • Champion user needs and goals as the expert voice for DocuSign's Negotiation and Collaboration team
  • Incorporate customer feedback, competitive analysis, and team input to continuously improve products and user experiences
  • Collect and translate requirements into user stories, specifications, and success metrics for e-signature and CLM features
  • Provide clear guidance and direction throughout the product development process to ensure successful implementation
  • Define key business metrics and goals for intelligent agreement management products, and rigorously track performance
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams on go-to-market (GTM) activities for new features
  • Own key projects from definition through implementation, ongoing improvement, and market launch
  • Drive innovation in user-facing products leveraging the latest AI technology to delight customers and streamline business operations

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related experience in product development or management
  • 3+ years of experience in product management for complex business or enterprise applications
  • Degree in Business, Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of shipping user-facing capabilities in B2B software environments
  • Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous situations without perfect data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate problem spaces, product decisions, and rationale clearly
  • Experience working directly with customers to identify opportunities and gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience balancing long-term strategic initiatives with near-term execution needs
  • Hands-on experience with legal, sales, and procurement-focused B2B software products
  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs or agentic workflows
  • Background in e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or intelligent agreement management platforms
