As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Solutions & International Marketing team, you will own the narrative around Docusign's e-signature and IAM solutions for the Public Sector - crafting and sharing our story in the most engaging, persuasive way possible. Your deep public sector expertise will shine as you collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive GTM strategy, create differentiated narratives for buyers and influencers, lead high-impact sales plays, define compelling positioning, and generate demand. Serving as the SME on public sector challenges, mission drivers, and buying journeys, you'll craft messaging and content, identify priority use cases, enable field teams, and build pipeline-generating assets. This individual contributor role reports to the Sr. Director, Solutions & International Marketing. In this hybrid role (minimum 2 days/week in-office), you'll showcase Docusign's value by understanding public sector buying motivations, creating content that amplifies our narrative, measuring asset impact, uncovering insights to accelerate sales cycles, and partnering across functions to drive campaigns, enablement, usage, and expansion. You'll support strategic events and ensure new product functionality launches effectively for public sector audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the narrative for Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management solutions tailored to public sector audiences
  • Serve as SME on challenges, mission drivers, and buying journeys for federal, state, local government, education, and nonprofit verticals
  • Craft high-impact messaging, positioning, and content that drives pipeline for public sector solutions
  • Identify priority use cases where Docusign has a clear right to win and lead cross-functional GTM execution
  • Partner with Demand Generation to create compelling campaigns driving acquisition and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to equip field teams with content, tools, and training for deal development and closure
  • Drive usage and expansion opportunities through partnership with Customer Success teams
  • Measure impact of marketing assets across teams and refine messaging based on customer insights
  • Support strategic events including customer conferences, sales meetings, and executive briefings
  • Work with Product Management to ensure new e-signature and IAM functionality launches effectively for public sector
  • Enable international marketing efforts showcasing IAM solutions for global public sector audiences

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • 4+ years of direct engagement targeting public sector personas including federal, state, local government, education, and nonprofits
  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product adoption
  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with clear examples of using customer data for insights and recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to simplify complex technical topics
