We are seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to support sales administrators across regions within our high-performing Business/Sales Operations & Strategy team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Compensation, this people manager role drives the day-to-day sales compensation processes, including owning support for your assigned region by resolving sales inquiries, auditing crediting and commission calculations, and delivering ad hoc reporting. You will manage participant setups, prepare monthly commissions accruals, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Sales Finance, HR, Legal, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player who thrives on scaling processes and automating workflows using tools like Xactly Incent. You will partner on sales plan designs, conduct UAT for new programs, train the sales organization, and contribute to SOX compliance and systems integrations that power Docusign's growth. With strong interpersonal skills and a passion for monthly/quarterly close excellence, you will build trust across teams and innovate to support our sales engine in delivering intelligent agreement solutions worldwide. This hybrid role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office, with pay ranging from $101,500 - $156,750 base in California (varies by location and experience), plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
