Location: San Francisco, California; Chicago, Illinois; Seattle, Washington

Department: Business/Sales Operations & Strategy

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life. As the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM), we unleash business-critical data trapped in documents, connecting it to systems of record to save time, money, and opportunity. Join our innovative culture where trust, equality, and bold ideas drive us to make the world more agreeable. We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our global Sales and Partner organizations. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Partnerships Strategy & Operations, this individual contributor role partners closely with Sales, Partner, and Revenue leaders to own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape our GTM strategy. Leveraging deep knowledge of SaaS GTM motions—especially in e-signature and agreement management—you'll work with large, complex datasets in Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce to uncover trends, surface actionable insights, and deliver executive-ready recommendations that fuel growth. Thrive in our fast-paced, ambiguous environment as a self-starter who excels at solving problems with data. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in-office, with access to a DocuSign location. We do not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the US. Docusign is committed to equal opportunity, reasonable accommodations, and building trust through honesty and innovation—join us to contribute to a world-changing mission.
