Collaborating across Marketing, Brand, and Global People organizations, you'll execute strategies that attract top talent to DocuSign's cutting-edge e-signature and CLM platform, driving measurable, data-driven results in talent attraction and retention. Key responsibilities include owning the integrated EVP strategy, managing day-to-day talent brand operations, creating regionally tailored content for digital platforms, optimizing careers site narratives, and improving review site performance (e.g., Glassdoor, Kununu). You'll lead OKRs, build university partnerships, execute candidate events, empower recruiters with toolkits, activate employee advocates, refine messaging via VOE/VOC, and drive external recognitions. This remote role demands strategic influence, analytical prowess, and a passion for showcasing DocuSign's innovative culture. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in brand marketing, communications, HR, talent, or DEI, with proven content execution, digital strategy, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy integrated Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy, partnering with Global People Team, COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Development, DEI), Marketing, Brand, and Communications
  • Own and execute day-to-day operations of DocuSign's talent brand strategy and associated programs to attract top talent for our intelligent agreement management platform
  • Manage external talent brand presence by creating and deploying regionally tailored content and storytelling across social media, blogs, and partner sites
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure careers website reflects current EVP and showcases DocuSign's e-signature innovation culture
  • Drive measurable improvements on Glassdoor and local platforms like Kununu through targeted strategies
  • Lead OKR identification, implementation, and tracking; create talent brand reports and ROI dashboards to prove campaign effectiveness
  • Proactively build relationships with universities, alumni networks, and regional groups to establish consistent talent pipelines
  • Plan and execute local candidate events, thought leadership sessions, and brand activations to boost pipeline awareness
  • Design content toolkits, talking points, and training for Talent Acquisition team to communicate EVP consistently
  • Build and activate employee advocacy networks to amplify DocuSign's innovative culture and positive experiences
  • Gather Voice of the Employee (VOE) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to refine brand messaging in partnership with Employee Sentiment Manager

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition, or DEI
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end content execution, digital marketing strategy, and project management in a professional setting
  • Proven experience solving complex challenges and managing competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Brand, and People organizations
  • Hands-on experience managing external talent brand presence on platforms like Glassdoor and regional sites (e.g., Kununu)
