As a Technical Program Manager for Trust & Safety in the Security department, you will lead high-impact programs safeguarding users, data, and DocuSign's e-signature platform from abuse, fraud, and harmful activity. You will design and execute initiatives to prevent and detect threats, enforce policies, and enhance platform integrity in our high-scale environment. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams, you will deliver cross-functional programs that strengthen user trust, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe ecosystem for intelligent agreement management. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Director, Security Strategy and Programs, in a hybrid model requiring minimum 2 days per week in-office. In this role, you will drive end-to-end programs integrating cutting-edge monitoring, AI/ML-powered detection, and automated remediation to proactively address risks unique to e-signature workflows, such as document fraud and unauthorized access. You will define KPIs, build operational dashboards, and provide executive visibility while championing security-first principles across DocuSign's agile teams. Your work will directly contribute to regulatory compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, FedRAMP) and platform resilience, enabling customers to confidently create, sign, and manage agreements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, drive, deliver, and maintain end-to-end cross-functional programs protecting DocuSign's platform from abuse, fraud, and harmful activity
  • Partner with Trust & Safety, Security, and Data teams to establish real-time monitoring systems identifying potential risks
  • Define and operationalize remediation strategies for detected threats, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Break down complexity and ambiguity to align cross-functional teams on clear goals and outcomes
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track effectiveness of safety initiatives and program outcomes
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to integrate safety and abuse prevention into e-signature and intelligent agreement management platform design
  • Drive proactive initiatives to mitigate emerging risks and enhance platform integrity
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to align programs with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Establish and track program roadmaps, KPIs, and executive reporting for leadership visibility
  • Champion security-first culture across DocuSign's innovation-driven teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent, preferably in Trust & Safety, security, fraud prevention, or platform integrity programs
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs in high-scale technology environments
  • Hands-on experience with Trust & Safety challenges, including abuse detection, content moderation, and fraud prevention
  • Proven track record defining monitoring metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards
  • Experience with real-time monitoring and alerting systems in production environments
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and FedRAMP
