The Treasury Manager is a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Treasurer, and responsible for day-to-day treasury operations, investments, banking relationships, and corporate insurance. This people manager role plays a critical part in optimizing DocuSign's global liquidity, minimizing financial risks, and ensuring secure, efficient operations to support our high-growth SaaS platform. You'll leverage deep treasury expertise to forecast cash flows, manage investments, integrate systems like Kyriba with our ERP, and lead compliance efforts including SOX and KYC. Collaborating with worldwide teams, you'll drive process improvements, M&A integrations, and innovations that align with DocuSign's agile, customer-focused environment. This remote position (preferred in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA) demands strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to thrive independently while building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. You'll manage and develop treasury analysts, oversee insurance programs, and spearhead projects enhancing operational efficiency through automation and technology.
