Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic leadership as the primary business authority for inventory product workstreams, making critical decisions and escalating issues to executive leadership.

3. Evaluate and prioritize system enhancements, focusing on ROI-driven improvements and capability-building process changes rather than superficial tech upgrades.

Qualifications

To succeed as Director, Replenishment Modernization at Dollar General, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, supply chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least four years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning within retail or consumer goods.
• Proven direct experience in the retail industry value chain, including distribution and store replenishment.
