• Identify root causes of recurring problems and partner for permanent fixes to cut unnecessary spend and downtime.
• Collaborate with Lease Compliance for landlord work approvals and cost recovery.
• Daily review and challenge vendor quotes for problem accuracy, solutions, and competitive pricing.
• Decline, approve, or escalate quotes per standards, guidelines, and matrices.
• Source additional quotes from alternate vendors when needed.
• Conduct proactive HVAC testing to preempt emergency costs like OT, expedited parts, and closures.
• Support assigned Store Facilities Management projects.
• Interact extensively with stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
