A Day in the Life of an ASM

Your day as an ASM at Dollar Tree in 2 Locations will be dynamic and engaging. You'll start by reviewing the daily sales goals and assigning tasks to your team members. You'll spend time on the sales floor assisting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues. You'll also oversee the stocking and merchandising of products, ensuring that shelves are well-organized and visually appealing. A key part of your role is training and coaching store associates, providing them with the support they need to succeed. You'll also be responsible for opening or closing the store, handling cash register operations, and ensuring the store is clean and safe. Throughout the day, you'll be collaborating with the Store Manager to address any challenges and implement strategies to improve store performance.

Compensation & Benefits

Dollar Tree offers a competitive compensation package for ASM positions in 2 Locations. The salary range is between $32,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
