A Day in the Life of a Regional Manager, Human Resources

As a Regional Manager, Human Resources at Dollar Tree, your day will be diverse and challenging. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure Human Resources practices are met.
  • Lead strategies across the Region(s) to ensure team member development.
  • Plan and direct succession planning initiatives within the assigned region.
  • Drive training compliance across all stores within the regions.
  • Coach all levels of team members to foster field development and growth.
  • Execute on store stabilization through partnership interviews and performance management.
  • Provide support and guidance through the Talent Management process.
  • Assist Regional Director and Field Managers with team member engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Team Relations, Field Managers, and AP Business Partners to conduct and resolve investigations.
  • Analyze and provide guidance on people metrics and regional reports to determine opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support and guidance on the implementation of new and updated projects and programs.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Federal and State employment law to ensure compliance within Store Operations.
