As a Regional Manager, Human Resources at Dollar Tree, your day will be diverse and challenging. You'll start your day by reviewing key HR metrics and regional reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans. You will spend a significant portion of your time collaborating with Store Operations Business Partners to address HR-related issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting staffing needs. You may conduct on-site visits to stores within your region to provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and talent development. You will also investigate employee complaints, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Other responsibilities include leading succession planning initiatives, driving training compliance, and supporting the implementation of new HR programs and processes. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
