You'll be walking around the distribution center, interacting with various teams, from Operations to Transportation, addressing their IT-related concerns. You'll also dedicate time to maintaining the computer room, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal condition. Regularly you will perform inventory checks, update asset management databases, and participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements. You might also be involved in providing on-the-job technical training to DC team members, ensuring they can effectively utilize the systems and tools available to them.
