Compensation & Benefits

Dollar Tree offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and a comprehensive benefits program. The salary range for the Store Construction Project Manager position is $85,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits program includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and holidays, an employee stock purchase plan, life insurance and disability coverage, an employee assistance program (EAP), tuition reimbursement, and an employee discount at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores.
