Compensation & Benefits

Dollar Tree offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and a comprehensive benefits program. The salary range for the Store Construction Project Manager position is $85,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities

  • Manage the construction process for new, relocated, and expanded stores.
  • Oversee the construction process for remodels and renovations of existing stores.
  • Conduct site visits to confirm construction progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Manage 30–50 projects per year of varying types, costs, and complexities.
  • Provide cost estimates on new projects for Real Estate Committee review.
  • Communicate with landlords and internal partners regarding project timelines.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with project status.
  • Meet with Architectural Project Managers and Real Estate Managers to conduct project autopsies.
  • Recommend opportunities for process improvements.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
