Domino's Pizza in Diamond, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2255 E Division St location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service
• Handle cash transactions and manage financial aspects of store operations
• Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
• Train and mentor new team members on store operations and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures
• Contribute to achieving store performance goals and targets

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team members
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
• Time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in the pizza industry or food service (a plus)
