Assistant Manager General Responsibilities:
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler
• Making Domino's high quality pizzas
• Food and portion control
• Hygiene and food safety
• Food preparation
• Taking customer orders and up selling
• General cleaning duties
• Cash handling
• Supervising other team members
