  • Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
  • Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
  • Deliver a great customer service experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Basic computer skills for order entry and processing
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
