As a Customer Service Rep, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations
