As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with every interaction.

• Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in preparing food items as needed during busy periods
