Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Morgan Cemetery Rd in Cleveland, United States. We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide exceptional phone-based support to our clients during sensitive times.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and empathetically, addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Provide information about cemetery services, plots, and memorial options
• Schedule appointments for on-site visits and consultations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update database information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Handle sensitive situations with tact and compassion
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
• Problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Patience and emotional resilience when dealing with sensitive situations
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about cemetery services and options
