We are seeking a professional and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Monticello, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with excellent service.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with care and efficiency
• Navigate local routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries
• Process customer orders and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns professionally
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to varying weather conditions and delivery environments

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with local areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in using smartphone apps and GPS navigation systems
• Time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices (for food delivery roles)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
