ABOUT THE JOB

As a Domino's Pizza General Manager in Training, your leadership determines the success of an entire store operation. You will receive valuable training in the areas of leadership, coaching, Domino's Pizza Guiding Principles, personal responsibility, communication, and time management. You will build high-performance Teams by learning the essential skills of Team Members recruitment and interviewing. The Company will celebrate your successes with you and you will be eligible for company-sponsored rewards and recognition. General Manager's and District Managers are treated as owners and receive a percentage of the store's profits each month.

Qualifications

Drivers license with 2 years’ experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older

A safe driving record

A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance

A desire to lead people

1-2 years of management experience preferred
