The Manager of Internal Communications, reporting to the Senior Director - Internal Communications and Culture, serves as a strategic partner in shaping and delivering clear, engaging narratives that reinforce organizational priorities and foster trust across audiences. This role focuses on developing and executing impactful communication strategies that support enterprise storytelling, change initiatives, and team member engagement.
This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact communication strategies that support thought leadership, change initiatives, and enterprise storytelling. Working closely with the Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners, the Manager will lead the creation of communications strategies across multiple channels—including speeches, video scripts, op-eds, internal announcements, and strategic presentations—ensuring alignment with company values and voice.
