As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
