Analyst, New Verticals - Grocery Growth & Quality Operations at DoorDash

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of high-impact operational tasks, including setting up promotional campaigns, creating custom merchandising experiences, and scaling up new products
• Play a critical role in launching and scaling DoorDash's Grocery business, ensuring high quality and performance for grocers
• Dive into data, build reports, and perform audits to identify and fix issues impacting quality metrics, growth, and customer experience
• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for key operational workflows, such as managing updates for new merchant launches
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, General Managers) to design tooling and automation improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in highly operational and cross-functional cultures
• Ownership mindset: always looking for opportunities to improve work product and own outcomes
• Entrepreneurial: bias for action and ability to build things from the ground up
• Analytical: comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and letting data drive decisions
• Problem-solving from first principles: synthesizing complex problems, translating goals into actionable plans, and implementing processes

Salary Range

$19.9 - $33.5 USD annually
