Key Responsibilities

• Leading our efforts to deliver the best end-to-end customer experience in drone delivery
• Building scalable playbooks and SOPs to resolve common customer pain points
• Collaborating with product, engineering, support, operations, marketing, and external partners to build + pilot tools, streamline workflows, and lay the foundation for scale
• Improving awareness and education of drone delivery’s consumer value proposition, across speed, quality, affordability, safety, and energy efficiency
• Traveling up to 20% of the time
• Lead a small, high-performing team
• Talk to our customers and merchant-partners on a regular basis, ensuring that we’re developing the right experiences in the short- and long-term
• Influence how we define, evaluate, and expand new service areas to ensure strong operational performance
• Consistently stay close to the consumer experience to ensure we are building the right product to attract, engage, and retain customers at scale
• Be the tip of the spear in ensuring that as many customers ordering as many carts from as many merchants are eligible for drone delivery

Required Qualifications

• Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

• Confident in SQL and use data to diagnose problems, prioritize work, and guide decisions
• Think about how things should work at 10x the volume
• Excited about new technologies and want to help shape how they’re used in the real world
• Led cross-functional groups or coached teams and know how to align others and drive strong execution
• Action-oriented, collaborative, and know how to keep cross-functional partners in sync
• Interested in how drone delivery fits into real-world regulations and logistics, now and in the future

Salary Range

$1,36,000 - $2,00,000 USD annually
