Key Responsibilities

• Propose, define, and lead end-to-end strategic initiatives (like new product commercialization) that you identify to drive long-term business impact.
• Drive key business planning, from sales productivity planning to forecasting during bi-annual cycles to support sales team target setting.
• Oversee the scoping and implementation of new AI tools across all Enterprise segments. You'll work with sales teams to build automations, manage vendor pilots, and build/manage tracking of AI tool adoption.
• Lead and support building data-driven business cases for new initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate key business cadences, including managing OKRs and running business reviews. You'll coordinate and update all data sources and help build new meeting content.

Required Qualifications

• You have 5–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or as a general manager, ideally at a fast-paced tech company.
• You are highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling in Google Sheets and comfortable pulling data in SQL.
• You are a self-starter with a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in an ambiguous environment.
• You excel at driving stakeholder alignment, managing executive-facing communication, and translating strategy into action.
• Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

Salary Range

$1,36,000 - $2,00,000 USD annually

Our goal is to drive efficient revenue and bottom-line growth for DoorDash with our largest partners across the Restaurants, New Verticals, and Ads businesses.
