Key Responsibilities
- Generate, analyze and leverage data to identify opportunities to improve the Dasher experience
- Partner with teams within and outside of support operations to improve processes and the resulting experience for all our customers
- Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from analyzing data to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results
