As the Senior Manager, People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement, you will lead a global team of process strategists dedicated to reimagining the end-to-end people experience at DoorDash and Wolt.

In this role, you’ll lead bold, hands-on transformation that connects people, process, and technology in ways that save thousands of hours, improve employee experiences, and deliver measurable business impact.
