Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end systems ecosystem for our In-Store line of business, including enablement related to Salesforce, Gong, and other key sales technologies.
  • Optimize workflows, maintain accurate documentation, support system rollouts, and enable both pre-sales and post-sales teams to adopt tools effectively.
  • Act as a connector between In-Store frontline teams and our technical partners—collecting feedback, identifying friction points, documenting requirements, and helping translate system changes into training and best-practice guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, system administration, or a related go-to-market support function.
  • Experience working with sales systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or related workflow tools.
  • Ability to translate system requirements and feedback into clear documentation, processes, and training content.
  • Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining systems, processes, or technical concepts.
  • A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a passion for scalable workflow design.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams.
  • Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

The Sales Enablement team, under the Sales Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with capital OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, skill, GTM strategy and tooling. Through partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, we design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance and contribute to DoorDash’s overall success.
