Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+). Set your team up for success to work safely and productively. Build a strong, positive culture and drive strong employee satisfaction scores. Partner with Shift Leads to delegate daily tasks and ensure high performance.
• Own the day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including preparing food in a light-prep kitchen, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Manage scheduling and labor budget. Ensure warehouse meets site-level metric goals.
• Lead your team in providing customers with the best possible experience on each order. Maintain key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Work cross-functionally with central teams including inventory and training to provide tools and resources.
• Use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency within the warehouse and current processes. Design, build and execute process improvement projects to improve warehouse operations, quality metrics, and the employee experience.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations) with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees
• Act like an owner to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts
• Solve problems from first principles
• Unafraid of ambiguity and thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
• Analytical and let data win arguments
• College degree, or relevant professional work experience
• Flexibility in schedule, including late-night and weekend availability

Key Skills

• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, including using basic formulas and creating pivot tables
