Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Opérateur/Opératrice Logistique to join our Operations department in Villers St Paul. In this role, you will be working either day shifts or 2x8 shifts (Monday to Friday) under the authority of the operations manager. Occasional Saturday work may be required, with compensatory time off on Monday.

As you develop in this role, you will be responsible for unloading bulk and packaged raw materials, loading bulk and packaged finished products, and packaging finished products. You will be an integral part of a logistics team, requiring sound technical judgment and impeccable safety behavior to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. You will be expected to adhere to and enforce safety, health, and environmental rules, as well as operating procedures.

Furthermore, you will maintain good relationships with drivers and work closely with other departments within the plant, including Production, Laboratories, and Administrative Services.
