Role Overview

As a Driver/Pharmacy Associate at Cardinal Health's Roseville Nuclear Pharmacy, you'll combine delivery expertise with pharmacy operations in a dynamic, early-morning schedule. This full-time role (40 hours/week) features Monday-Friday shifts starting 1:00-2:00am, ending by 10:00am, with flexibility for holidays, overtime, or adjustments based on business needs. Earn $21.50 per hour plus a $1,000 new hire sign-on bonus. No CDL required—use company vehicles for safe radiopharmaceutical transport to medical providers.

• Wednesday: 2:00am - 10:00am
• Thursday: 1:30am - 10:00am
• Friday: 1:30am - 10:00am
• Possible holiday rotations and overtime

Key Responsibilities

Your role ensures prompt, accurate delivery of oncology and radiopharmaceuticals while maintaining DOT safety standards. Daily tasks include:

• Route Management: Assign routes, prepare doses, package medications, and load/unload containers.
• Quality Assurance: Perform QC testing on radiopharmaceuticals and scan orders via handheld tablet for accuracy.
• Delivery Operations: Drive company vehicles (non-CDL) to customer sites, process returns, and navigate using GPS tools.
• Facility Support: Process incoming packages, conduct equipment checks, maintain vehicles, and perform minor roadside repairs.
• Cleaning & Compliance: General facility cleaning while adhering to nuclear safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek reliable team players comfortable in fast-paced, safety-focused environments. Key requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be 18+).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; 2-4 years experience ideal.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, sit/stand for extended periods, and drive in all weather.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer/tablet skills.
• Prior delivery or dispatching experience a plus.
• Comfort working with radiopharmaceuticals in a nuclear pharmacy setting.
