- Proven experience designing, scaling, and maintaining design systems or component libraries. (experience)

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners (engineering, product, brand). (experience)
- Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in system-level decisions. (experience)
- Strong portfolio showcasing iOS product design and design system work. (experience)

- Experience working on high-scale mobile products with large user bases. (experience)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. (experience)
- Knowledge of design-to-code handoff pipelines and design tokens. (experience)
- Experience mentoring designers or contributing to design culture. (experience)
- Interest or background in visual asset systems (iconography, motion, or illustration). (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, design, and documentation of reusable iOS-focused design system components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure consistency across features and platforms while meeting platform-specific needs.
- Partner with engineering to build, test, and deliver robust design system components.
- Drive adoption of the design system through education, governance, and advocacy across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are embedded within system components and workflows.
- Contribute to the design system roadmap, identifying opportunities for scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
- Participate in design reviews, audits, and QA to ensure consistency and fidelity in implementation.
