Role Overview

The Duty Electrician position at PepsiCo's Saint Petersburg plant is essential for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure. In this full-time role, you will ensure that all electrical installations operate seamlessly, supporting uninterrupted production in our state-of-the-art food and beverage facility. As a Duty Electrician, you will handle day-to-day electrical maintenance, safety compliance, and troubleshooting, playing a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will directly impact plant productivity and safety. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring electrical installations are maintained in working order and operated in compliance with Russian technical exploitation rules, safety regulations, and normative documents.
• Monitoring the continuous, correct, and economical performance of electrical systems to prevent downtime.
• Overseeing lighting levels across the facility and promptly replacing defective lamps to maintain optimal working conditions.
• Executing electrical switching operations up to and above 1000V as required for safe operations.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the plant's electrical equipment during ongoing operations.
• Maintaining accurate documentation at your workstation, including logs and reports.
• Participating in initiatives to advance the plant's energy management and efficiency programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a solid foundation in electrical engineering and a commitment to safety. Required qualifications include:

• Secondary vocational or higher education in a relevant field.
• Electrical safety certification with Group 3 or 4, qualified for work up to and above 1000V (candidates without certification may undergo up to 6 months of training on a 5/2 schedule).
• At least 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance (highly preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately.
• Desirable: Permit for work at heights.
• Confident PC user; experience with SAP systems is an advantage (training provided).
