工作职责：
参与公司各个项目的运营工作，包括：开发、运维、技术交流等工作。
参与AI相关项目的需求调研、方案设计与开发实施，协助完成模块功能的编码、测试与优化。
跟踪 AI 领域前沿技术动态，整理技术文档，为项目组提供技术参考。
参与团队技术研讨，提出创新性想法，助力项目技术迭代。
完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能等 IT 相关专业在读本科生。
具备扎实的 IT 专业基础，学过人工智能相关课程（如机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理等），有 AI 项目实践经验者优先。
熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如 Python、Java 等；熟悉常用 AI 框架（如 TensorFlow、PyTorch）者优先。
英语口语良好，能流畅进行技术交流与文档阅读。
素质要求：
对 IT 专业充满热爱，工作积极性高，具有较强的学习能力和问题解决能力。
具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能承受一定工作压力。
责任心强，工作认真细致，有良好的时间管理能力。

- Participate in team technical discussions, propose innovative ideas to support project technology iterations
- Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors
