Job Description:

Requirement:

• At least five (5) years of Siemens Teamcenter&CAD Operations experience

• Have Teamcenter support experience is a must

• Have experience in SolidEdge, SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD knowledge will be preferred

• Have Teamcenter/SAP integration experience will be preferred

• Have Teamcenter 13/14/TC2406 experience will be preferred

• Have DevOps, ITIL knowledge will be preferred

• Have experience in working with global team

• Willing to take 7*24 shift (must requirement)

Responsibility:

• Work as L2/L3 Teamcenter&CAD operation team member

• Resolve escalated incidents from L1

• Resolve escalated requests from L1

• Resolve problem record

• Follow incidents, request and problem management experience

• Proactively explore automation initiatives

• Work with dev and testing team members following DevOps model
