About the role
A business analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing data, identifying problems, and recommending improvements to processes and systems.  Business requirements to allow for automated processing of Insurance Processes will need to be translated into development outcomes.

Daily challenges

• Write user stories that clearly capture requirements, align stakeholders, and guide development with actionable, testable insights.
• Might also act as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum Teams, be a backup for another Scrum Master. 

eXperience and skills required

• Preferred certification: ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA)
• Must-Have ServiceNow Knowledge/Micro-Cert of at least one: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
